Leadership and public power go hand in hand. At the Nebraska Rural Electric Association’s Youth Energy Leadership Camp, students will have the opportunity to learn more about legislation, electrical infrastructure and the science behind public power.
The students will attend camp at the Nebraska State 4-H Camp in Halsey for five days. This year’s selected students are:

NORTH PLATTE
- Kylee Edwards, daughter of Aaron and Kathryn Edwards
- Layton Moss, son of Becca Moss
