We’re excited to announce the launch of our new real-time power outage map. This interactive map provides live updates on power outages happening within DPPD’s service territory.
The map features color codes to show the number of meters without power, giving you a quick visual understanding of affected areas.
How to Report a Power Outage
While our new map helps you track outages, the process for reporting a power outage remains the same:
- Call 308-324-2386 or
- Report outages via SmartHub
Please note that we are unable to dispatch line crews from outage reports made via email or social media.
Stay Safe and Prepared
Our website is also a valuable resource for power outage safety tips and information on how to prepare for power outages.
