Granny’s BBQ Beans

- 2 – 15 oz cans pork & beans
- 1 – 15 oz can black beans, drained
- 1 – 15 oz can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 – 15 oz can butter beans, drained
- 1/2 lb ground beef, browned
- 3/4 lb cooked & diced bacon
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 2 jalapenos stemmed, seeded & diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Heat a smoker to 225 degrees.
- Add all ingredients to a foil pan and mix well.
- Place the pan in the smoker and let smoke until there is a nice bark covering on the top of the beans, about 4-5 hours.
Grilled balsamic steak salad

- 8 oz. top sirloin beef
- romaine lettuce
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 roma tomato, chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- pinch of salt
Dressing
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Grill steak and slice, set aside.
- Saute chopped vegetables in a pan with garlic and salt. Place romaine lettuce and feta cheese on plates.
- Top with veggies and sliced steak.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
