Oversized Load Form

OVERSIZED LOAD NOTIFICATION

Safety is key when moving oversized loads. Caution must be used whenever a load could come into contact with a power line. When a load is 16 feet high or higher, the applicant for an oversized load permit must contact electric utilities that own power lines that cross the roads along the route.
