General Service Rate or Small Power Rate:
- For homes heated by natural gas furnaces or propane heaters that do not use heat pumps.
General Service – Electric Heat or Small Power with Space Heating Rate:
- For homes that use 10 kilowatts or more of permanently installed electric heating, like a wall mounted electric radiant heater or electric heat pump.
